The Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul Office Horizon Study is a comprehensive look into the geographic locations and markets of Twin Cities office buildings and a highlight of the estimated vacancy by floor on a modeled stacking plan. Uniting the office stacking plans with a multi-dimensional Story Map allows clients and real estate professionals to visualize the market landscape in a unique, locational approach. There are four office corridors displayed by tabs: I-394 Class A, I-394 Class B, I-494 Class A and I-494 Class B. Clicking on to the tab will reveal a new set of building points within the aerial map. Selecting a building name on the left sidebar will navigate the user to a new pane that highlights the building in detail.
